How to connect the Babytone™ Smart Fetal Heart Monitor to the APP?

Please long press the power button to switch on the monitor. Then connect the device to the APP via Bluetooth.

What can I do with a fetal heart monitor?

People usually use our fetal heart rate products to hear their baby's heartbeat and for the bonding experience it provides.  BabyTone can reassure you and make you always keep in touch with your little one at home. Please note that this device is  not intended to replace regular doctors or intended to treat, cure, prevent or diagnose any medical condition nor to derive any medical conclusion based on its findings.

When can I hear my baby’s heartbeats?

BabyTone can help you hear your baby’s heartbeats when the fetal age is over 12 weeks. However, the detecting vary from person to person. Some pregnant women can hear the fetal heartbeat after 14 to 16 week pregnancy, some can hear after 18 weeks. The reasons are multiple, such as inaccurate gestational age, the shape and orientation of uterus, too tiny fetus, and mother’s weight, etc. Therefore, if your doctor judges your baby is healthy, please don’t worry if you temporarily can’t hear your baby’s heartbeats by BabyTone. Just wait patiently for a while.

How can I locate the fetal heart?

The position of the fetal heart is likely to change as your baby moves in your abdomen at any time. Please observe the signal quality indicator of the fetal heart monitor. The stronger the signal intensity, the better the quality of fetal heartbeat sound.

Is my baby’s heart rate normal?

The normal ranges for FHR after 12-week pregnancy are 120 to 160 BPM (beat per minute). An abnormal FHR value could reflect low oxygen, compressed umbilical cord, or other pregnancy dangers. If your baby’s FHR is out of the normal threshold, please contact your physician.

How to make the payment

Currently, we only accept the payment via Paypal.

Do you accept NET15/ MET30/ COD? How about the payment by installments.

Sorry, we don't accept that. As online transaction, the all payment must be 100% paid before shipment. We don't accept NET15 or NET30. And there is NO payment by installment provided.

I'm located in USA, what carrier should I expected? And how long?

For USA, we offer free shipping, the reference transit time is 2-6 business days by USPS , UPS or Fedex from Maryland or California.

I'm oustside USA, what is the carrier mailer?

For other countries or regions, free shipping for orders over $100, $8 shipping fees for orders under $99.99, the reference transit time is 2-8 business days by DHL or Fedex.

How long is the warranty period?

We warrant that if you use our products as they are intended, our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the purchased dates for new products. We do not warrant our products against general wear and tear or damage as a result of misuse, modifications or improper maintenance.

If you believe you have received a defective product, we will either repair or replace the defective product or its defective component part(s) in accordance with the terms of this limited warranty. We warranty the replacement for the remaining unexpired period of the original product’s warranty.

This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product and to products purchased directly from us. Our products are legitimately sold only by us and our authorized sellers who are required to follow our policies, procedures, and quality control standards. We reserve the right to reject warranty claims for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized websites. This limited warranty does not warrant that the operation of the product will be uninterrupted or error-free.

May I return the device unit if I don't like/ don't want to keep?

It is guaranteed that our products will meet every customer's needs. Please read the content as follows.

If you are not satisfied with the goods you have purchased for some reason, we will be willing to return or exchange the products for you, or get you a refund.

You may return your fully functional and undamaged products for any reason within 30 days of receipt of your original order for a full refund or exchange. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

What is the return instructions?

2. Please take a photo about the goods to us in email. We must confirm the status of the goods.

We will give you a response within 12 hours during business days, we will give you a response within 72 hours if weekends. Our team will offer you return and exchange guidance according to your specific requirements. Kindly let us know your purpose, then we will provide you the returned address.


3. All goods (including all parts and attachments) must be returned to us via express delivery. Ship the product to the address we provide.


4. We will refund you once we confirmed your returned tracking number is valid. Payment means for refund: credit card, debit card, PayPal, after received the return unit.

We are dedicated to making our customers satisfied, and we encourage you to contact us if the product you have purchased does not meet your demands.


Cautions:

*Customers need to return products to an appointed address. We will provide you with information of returns via E-mail. Different country or region has a different returned warehouse. After receiving returned goods, we will arrange a full refund and email you.

*Orders for returns require order number to be written on the outside of the package.

Please inform us on your request of refund or return or exchange within 30 business days after you receive the goods. 

Can I exchange to another if I don't like what I paid?

1. If you don't like the unit you paid and the package have not shipped yet, we are glad to exchange to that one you want, but you need to pay if there is the price balances.

2. If the package was shipped, please refuse when it arrived to return and get what you what. The price balances and the shipment are buyer's bills.

3. Buyer already received the paid device but don't like, we may accept to exchange. But buyer need to pay for the return and new shipment, also the price balances if need.
